Bill was born on July 27, 1922 and passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Bill was a resident of Texarkana, Arkansas at the time of passing.

He was retired from Red River Army Depot, was a WW II U.S. Army veteran, lifetime member of the DAV #223 and the VFW #4562 and was a Christian.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas Chapel with the Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be in Avery Cemetery, Avery, Texas.
