Dean was born on September 6, 1922 and passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.

Dean was a resident of Texarkana, Arkansas at the time of passing.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Texarkana, Arkansas, was retired from the FBI and was a World War II Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Burial will be under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 516 Pecan, Texarkana, Arkansas.
